What is Trailblazer?

Trailblazer is a graphical program which allows you to easily install Wii U custom code mods.

Where do I get the base RPX?

The base RPX must be dumped manually from your original game disc. A guide for that can be found here.

Where can I get mods?

You may find a list of New Super Mario Bros. U mods here, and the ones with custom code may be installed with Trailblazer.
